Relocating pets can be a stressful process both for you and your new puppy. We highly recommend collecting your little dachshund from us, however, we understand that this isn’t always possible due to commitments such as work. We have compiled some common questions for your peace of mind.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs with our validated dog courier will depend on where you are located. Please contact us to discuss your location so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only offer delivery in the UK.
How do I know my new dachshund puppy will be safe?
We guarantee your dachshund puppy will be safe during transport. They will be provided with a travel kennel, appropriate bedding, food and water for the trip. In addition, they will also be provided with medications if required, a collar and leash, emergency contact numbers, ID on its collar, a microchip, and health and history records ready for when you greet your new dachshund puppy.
When will my puppy be delivered?
If your dachshund puppy is under 16 weeks old, then delivery won’t be an option. In this case, you will have to arrange a collection from us. If your new puppy is over 16 weeks old, the time of delivery will depend on your location. Please contact us to discuss this further.
